What is the return policy?
You can request a return or exchange within 7 days of delivery if the product is damaged, misprinted, or incorrect. Items must be unused, unwashed, and with original tags. Email us at support@ironkult.org with your order ID and photos to begin the process.
Is Cash on Delivery (COD) available?
Yes, we offer Cash on Delivery across India for most pin codes. You can pay when your order arrives at your doorstep.
What if I ordered the wrong size?
If the size received matches your order, we unfortunately cannot exchange it. Please refer to our size chart carefully before ordering. If the size chart was misleading or you received a wrong size, contact us for help.
Are any purchases final sale?
Yes. Since our products are custom-made, we do not accept returns for reasons like wrong size, change of mind, or buyer's remorse unless the product is faulty or incorrect.
When will I get my order?
Your order is processed within 2–3 business days and delivered in 5–7 business days across India. You’ll receive a tracking link via email once your order ships.

How do I cancel my order?
To cancel your order, please email us at support@ironkult.org within 12 hours of placing it. Include your order ID and name.
After 12 hours, your product enters production and cancellations are no longer possible.
How do I request a refund for a COD order?
For approved returns on COD orders, we refund the amount via UPI or bank transfer. Just share your UPI ID or account details once your return is confirmed.
